So the mission is going super well

So the mission is going super well. I sent a lot of pictures to Mick.
One of them is of our church here in Chahuites and its super pretty.
It's by far the prettiest here in the city and everyone loves it mostly
because it has green grass haha. The Mormon churches usually look like
this here in Southern Mexico but there are some that are bigger than
this one. The little motorcycle thing is the taxis here. There are
like 160 or so. There are no car taxis apart from the ones that travel
from city to city but this is the only city that I have been in where
these are the only transportation that there is! I was thinking about
starting up a business in Utah near Brigham Young University to help students who don't have cars or don't want to drive and find parking haha I think it
would make a sweet job and make quite a bit in the long run! haha
Buuuuut that costs dinero.

The house that we live in is a side house of some members that ship mangoes to the states and their house and garden is super pretty. That garden is what I look at every morning we study so it's sweeeeet! The umbrella in the backpack idea I got from Jordan.

I remember he sent a picture to us a while back on his mission and it
actually works out some what well haha. The little huts are what the
houses are like in a big part of my area which is super cool because
the kids love us. They run up to us from far and give us hugs. I'm a
little taller so they just hug my leg haha. They gave up on saying my
name so they just call me Uncle haha. The mission is so cool. I'm not
sick so that makes it better as well. I love you all! Oren y lean!

Transferred

Editors Note: I am behind on posting for Braden... so this week will be a triple whammy. Try and comment all you can so he'll feel the love!

I have no idea what pictures I sent but I hope ya like them. Some of them are from my birthday, the cakes people bought me, our zone in the mission, and other stuff I can't remember. One is of me and my first companion (my mission father) haha and he is going to finish his mission this week! We finished the exchanges yesterday and so we found out if we were going to stay in our house or if we were going to leave. Found out I'm going to leave Cintalapa! I only had 6 weeks here but the Lord called me some where else. I'm going to a city called Chauhites (cha-we-tes) haha but its actually in a different state. I'm going to Oaxaca (wa-ha-ka). I'm still in the same mission but i'll be there for the next exchange. The address of the mission is the same but yeah just so you know. It's more on the coast so it's pretty hot there and if it rains...it rains pretty well haha. I'm going to finish 16 months this week so I got 8 left in the mission. I don't have much time but I wanted to share something that I learned yesterday. We had to teach about the sacrifice of Christ yesterday in the church. I read a parable of Christ that talked about two Princes. I was thinking about how sometime we all want to be a Prince or Princess. Then I started to think that God is the King of the Heavens so if we are His children, that makes us spiritual Princes and Princesses. If we live our life accordingly to the commandments of God, we will inherit the kingdom of God and become our own Kings and Queens. But just like if a Prince or Princess has no desire to reign in this manner, he or she wont. Just like if we don't repent and be baptized to receive the Holy Ghost, and endure to the end, we choose not to be Kings and Queens. haha I thought that was so cool. sooooo...REPENT!  haha Smile! I love you all. I'm still not dead so don't miss me quite yet. Oren y lean. Adios!

Tropical Storm maybe?

Hey!
I don't have like any time. The new area is great. It's super hot and
it has been raining a ton. I heard there is a tropical storm close so
that makes a lot of sense but it's sometimes fun getting wet haha. The
city is super strange. They don't do the whole daylight savings time
because they said that it's God's time and God is the one that gives
them food not the government so they go by God's time not the
governments time haha. It's bad for us because we have to go with the
new time and so we have to think an hour ahead of everyone which is
super confusing. My companion is a pretty cool cat. He has way too much
energy. He wakes up early and just sits there. haha It's good because
he helps me with my energy but I think he makes me more tired just
watching him. He is Mexican and is from Sanora which is up north but
he has like 4 months left in them mission. We are finding a lot of
people which is good. The mango season is over which I am super bumbed
about. I ate a mango every day for like 2 months and now I feel empty
haha. The picture of me and a mango before is a Pineapple Mango (See header Picture). It's suuuper good. You bite a hole in it and because it is so juicy, you suck the fruit and juice out haha. I froze three of them just for
emergencies haha (there's not Mountain Dew here so I found a back up
source). Got to go, I'll send the pictures next week.

Lean y oren.

Good news, diarrhea finally left haha

HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

HAPPY FATHERS DAY! ...on Sunday. I'm pretty sure it's this Sunday that's coming but i'm not sure. Our week was awesome. We went up to Tuxtla to have a meeting with the President and it was a lot of fun. We ate good. I was thinking a lot lately about the role of a Father these past few days. With my few experiences as a Father...well I don't have any, but I was thinking about yesterday when it was like a hurricane the rain was so hard haha but we were walking and preaching anyways! My companion had an umbrella and I forgot mine. When I say I forgot mine I mean I intentionally didn't bring it because I didn't think it was going to rain. I also chuckled at my companion for bringing it thinking to myself, "ha, just more weight to bring!" So when it started to rain, my companion wouldn't share his umbrella! I was getting soaked and he just said..."well you should have brought your umbrella haha." Jerk...I started thinking about that and its really similar to the role of a Father. My Dad always was telling us and warning me of things that could happen. Through laziness and pridefullness I usually learned the hard way in the later part of my life before my mission. Because when the time comes when the rain falls and the temptations and trials fall from the heavens, we can be prepared or upset at those around us who were. I'm so glad my Dad taught me good principles as a young kid. I'm absolutely confident that there is no child on the earth, that has been on the earth, or will be on the earth that is more proud and grateful for his father than I am with mine. He is my hero. I'm so thankful for all the Fathers on the earth and my Father in Heaven, because I know they are watching over me. Now the question is, do I have my umbrella with me today? ...No! Because I don't think it's going to rain haha. I love you all. Thank you for your prayers. Oren y lean!
